Elastic Taping Method (Kinesiotaping)

The application of elastic taping helps improve blood circulation and reduce swelling, provides additional support to structures such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons, and stimulates mechanoreceptors. It is applied according to the required tension and contains no pharmaceutical substances.

Athletic Taping
